How long are the classes?
Each class lasts approximately 50 minutes so that your teacher has a short break to prepare for the next class.
How can I pay for classes?
You can pay with a credit card, PayPal or Zelle.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online bank that allows you to pay for things online safely. You create a free account with PayPal and put your credit card or bank information. Then when you buy online, PayPal sends the money from your account without exposing your personal payment information online or to the merchant.
Is this Spanish from Spain or Latin America?
Most of our teachers are from Latin America and the MP3 course is with Latin American Spanish, but we have one teacher from Spain. If you need Spanish from Spain in particular, feel free to request it.
What's the difference between the 3 packages?
The packages all work the same. Each package is a total number of classes. The only difference is that when you buy a bigger package, you get lower price per class.
Do the packages last 1 month?
No, the packages are not based on a time frame such as monthly or weekly. Rather, each package is a total number of classes/sessions that you will receive. For example, if you buy the 20-lesson package, you could take 1 class per week for 20 weeks. Or, you could take 5 classes a week for 4 weeks. Just let us know what schedule you prefer and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What if I need to cancel a class?
Let us know as soon as possible if you won’t be able to attend a class so that we can give your spot to another student for that day. If you miss the class and didn’t notify your teacher, you may lose credit for that class.
